AGM REPORT
AGM Meeting 10/4/08 @ Watermill Halifax

2. Dave opened the meeting with report from Rob Chairman
Over the course of the 2007/08 season the Cardinals have continued to make good progress in the development of its members
The Cardinals 2 team have exceeded my expectations and have done themselves proud with their achievements. Lt’s been good to see that other teams in the division have given the team the respect they deserve and allowed the team to progress.
I think that dedication and enthusiasm of the Cardinals 2 team have been a highlight. I was delighted to see that they have continued the record of every Cardinals team in the pessed and managed to win at least one game. Well done everyone concerned.
The Cardinals 1 team have missed out on the target of promotion which is unfortunate. I know that the players who have played have given their best to the team during the course of the season. It’s good to note that some players are also now deing recognised at a higher level for their potential.
I would like to wish my successor as Chairman and the new Sertary all the best for the coming season. I would also like to thank both dave ‘Pedro’ and Malc Kielty for making my job as Chairman and Acting Seretary as easy as possible.
Rod just say from all of use thank you for all you have done for the club over the years we are all wishing you well.
3. We talked about Stauarts Case the GBWB are looking at it this week. We have had little Info from the league and the case so as a culb we feel this it poor.
As we understand the Gbwb are going with are recomdationed as a club to ban Stauart till Janurey 09 this means he will miss a couple of games.
4. As for Neil we have not hard from GBWB about his case. We love the league
5. Treasurers report Accounts 01.01.2007 to 31.12.2007
Dave spork about club out goings and incoming they has been a lot money going out but not a lot coming in as we rely on grants we were at a lose of £9000.
Dave has done a great job keeping the club a flout.

6. grants report Gary and Malc As from Dave’s report the Grant have not been sucessful Gary has sent grants of but have not been sucessful Gary said he has grant forms on going with Malc’s help we should see money coming in for this year.
Gary thank you for all you help last year keep up the work
7. Developments report Andy has been going in to schools telling kids about wheelchair basketball with people been very intrestied. Last year we have seen a couple of people come though the schools work we had two yourg people come though but they stoped coming. This year we have had one lad come to the club this was though the web sit.
8. Jack/Andy We have seen the web been visited by 2800 people since its up and running. Jack has been doing a great job by putting up pic and doing the blog
Great job Jack keep it up. Andy is going to support Jack in his roll.
9. Coach Reports As you my not know Pat has not been well for sometime we wish him well. Pat phoned Malc Yesterday that though him not been well this has stopped him not been able to feel in his role as head Coach and had to rely on Andy to stand in who has done a great job. Andy has enjoyed his time as coach and seen Cardinals get to third place well done Andy for achievements. Andy has stood down as Coach for this year as he is going to play for Oldham We wish you well mate and you will be mist Andy Thank you for all you have done for the Club over years. You can come back if the banch gets to much for you as Oldham.
Andy Ako Has been head coach for the Cardinals 2 for the last year Andy spoke that it has been hard as a player and coach and is hoping to not play next year and put his time in to couching on the side lines with the support of Mark.
