fixture Change

The Chester Jets away fixture is now rearranged as agreed to be played on Saturday 18th March, tip off at 2pm. The court is booked from 12.50pm to 5pm and Anna has suggested that it may be possible to fit a friendly game in after the match for those players who have travelled but have not been able to play. The Jets are now playing at a new venue, Darland Sports Centre, the details are to be found below.

DARLAND SPORTS CENTRE:

Based in Darland School, Chester Road, Rossett

Directions - come off the A55 at Junction 36, turn left at main roundabout following signs for Wrexham A483, you then come to a little roundabout - turn left towards Garden Centre and Pulford. Stay on this road through Cuckoo's Nest, Pulford, Lavister - you will then pass a Vets on your right hand side, then an old petrol station a bit further along on the right, then a little traffic island. You should then see a 'SCHOOL' warning sign on the left hand side and the entrance to the school is approx 50yds after this on your left hand side through a set of blue gates. There is a Chinese Takeaway just after the turning.

Come across the car park and you will see the entrance to the Sports Centre down the Ramp.

There is a large car park, fully accessible toilets and showers but sorry no Cafe - Tea and Coffee is available though from the centre staff.

Any problems on the day call the centre staff on 01244 571077 as mobile phones do not work in the centre so you will not be able to contact any of the Jets.
